Anthony Kyriakakis is a Fellow at the Center for Health Law, Policy and Practice at Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he teaches Sentencing and is a Research Scholar at the Sheller Center for Social Justice. Marla Davis Bellamy is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Center for Health Law, Policy and Practice. She holds a joint appointment at the law school and the medical school where she serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Minority Health and Health Disparities and Director for the Philadelphia CeaseFire program. Prior to joining Temple in July 2010, Marla was the Executive Director of the Anti-Violence Partnership of Philadelphia and for five years served as the Chief of Staff for the Pennsylvania Department of Health in Harrisburg.

Scott Burris, J.D., is a Professor of Law at Temple Law School, where he co-directs the Center for Health Law, Policy and Practice, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Public Health Law Research program. He is also Associate Director of the Centers for Law and the Public's Health: A Collaborative at Johns Hopkins and Georgetown Universities.
